Job Description

As a Porcelain Mixer, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing team. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and mix raw porcelain materials to produce our elegant ceramic products. You will utilize your skills to ensure the mixing process adheres to established recipes, and you’ll collaborate closely with other team members to achieve high-quality results. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all raw materials are properly stored and accessed.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on mixing equipment.
  • Participate in training sessions for new techniques in porcelain mixing.
  • Assist in training new team members on mixing procedures.
  • Coordinate with quality control to maintain standards.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in porcelain mixing or related field.
