We're seeking motivated Cutting and Slicing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing facility in Cleveland. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining cutting machines, ensuring precise measurements and quality cuts of materials. Responsibilities

• Configure and operate CNC routers and laser cutting machines effectively.
• Inspect finished products for quality compliance, ensuring precise dimensions.
• Document all production processes and results accurately.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Assist in the training of junior staff on machine operation and safety.
• Help implement continuous improvement practices in the production process.
• Ensure all work complies with established health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience operating cutting machines in a manufacturing setup.

Technical Skills

• Laser Cutting Expertise

Languages

• English: Fluent
