Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Extruding and Forming Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to operate and maintain our blown film extrusion machinery. In this role, you'll ensure the production of high-quality plastic film products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup and operation of extrusion machines, ensuring quality output.
• Regularly inspect machinery and perform necessary adjustments.
• Maintain detailed logs of production and maintenance activities.
• Identify and rectify quality issues as they arise during production.
• Work with team members to improve production efficiency and safety.
• Train new operators on machinery and best practices.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in blown film extrusion operations.

Technical Skills

• Extrusion Processing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with multi-layer film extrusion.: Hands-on experience with producing multi-layer films for enhanced product quality.
