Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to step into the role of Extruding and Drawing Machine Setter. In this capacity, your responsibility will be to oversee the operations of our extrusion machines, ensuring the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Monitor production processes and perform regular quality checks
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery
• Document production data, including defects and resolutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
• Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize workload effectively
• Assist in training new team members in machinery operation

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification in manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
