Job Description

We are seeking skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to assemble and inspect components for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in wire assembly, soldering, and quality control, ensuring products meet stringent industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect metal/plastic products according to technical specifications.
• Monitor machinery and tools used in assembly processes.
• Assist in the development of new assembly methods to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety policies.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate production schedules.
• Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Report to supervisors about any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in relevant manufacturing settings

Technical Skills

• Wire assembly expertise
• Use of hand tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
