Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to drive training initiatives and optimize employee performance. The ideal candidate will develop engaging training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the training budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Facilitate team-building exercises and performance improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with external trainers and consultants for specialized training needs.
  • Participate in strategic planning to assess and fulfill workforce training needs.
  • Engage with employees for feedback regarding training programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a learning and development role within a corporate environment

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
