The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing and verifying job postings across various platforms, ensuring that all job descriptions and requirements are accurate and meet our company's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review job postings and make revisions as necessary.
  • Ensure consistency across job postings and company branding.
  • Provide guidance on legal compliance related to job advertising.
  • Assist in the transition to new job posting software as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment-related role
