Job Description

Join our team as a Community Chest Officer, where you will be responsible for organizing fundraising campaigns, engaging community partners, and cultivating relationships with donors. You will be the driving force behind our outreach efforts, helping to raise the funds necessary for our initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee fundraising campaigns and events to maximize donations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations and proposals to potential donors for financial support.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of donor information and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to allocate funds effectively.
  • Evaluate fundraising initiatives and produce reports on their effectiveness.
  • Keep abreast of new fundraising methods and community engagement strategies.
  • Engage in public speaking at community events to advocate for the organization.
  • Oversee volunteer activities related to fundraising efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
