Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced installers to install solar panels on residential and commercial properties.
• Help organize and maintain installation logistics and supplies.
• Participate in job site safety meetings and training sessions.
• Execute quality checks under the supervision of the lead installer.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on successful project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required; however, prior experience in construction or electrical work is a plus.

• Basic Electrical Systems

Certifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health Certificate (or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Experience: Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or scissor lifts.
• Previous Solar Installation Experience: Experience assisting with solar installations is preferred, but not required.
