As a Volunteer Services Supervisor, you will take the reins of our volunteer program, ensuring the effective recruitment, training, and management of our dedicated volunteers. • Ensure compliance with all volunteer management policies
• Prepare reports on volunteer program performance
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and volunteers
• Promote volunteer opportunities through social media and community events
• Manage volunteer schedules and logistics effectively

Advantageous

• Master's degree in a relevant field: A higher level of education in social work, nonprofit management, or similar.
• Volunteer program consulting experience: Experience offering consulting services to nonprofit organizations on volunteer management.
