As a Lace Mender, you'll take on the responsibility of reviving intricate lace pieces through meticulous repairs. Your work will involve assessing fabrics, choosing appropriate materials, and executing repairs that adhere to quality standards. Responsibilities

• Assess and identify damage on lace items.
• Select and use proper repair techniques for different lace varieties.
• Collaborate with the design team to align on aesthetics.

• Update inventory of materials required for repairs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textiles or fashion is preferred

Experience

• Experience in lace mending or a closely related field is preferred.
