Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Court, Municipal, and License Clerk to help manage court records, prepare legal documents, and assist attorneys during court sessions. The ideal candidate will effectively handle administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with legal protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing court proceedings by organizing documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely processing of court files.
  • Provide customer service to the public and legal entities.
  • Assist in managing courtroom logistics during hearings.
  • Compile and maintain records of court proceedings.
  • Support administrative functions within the legal team.
  • Coordinate communication between court staff and the public.
  • Document case outcomes and manage follow-up tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field
