Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations. This is a vital role for supporting our clients and helping navigate complex legal landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and advise on regulatory compliance issues.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and finalize agreements.
• Prepare and manage legal documentation for corporate matters.
• Develop internal policies and procedures to support legal compliance.
• Engage in negotiations and communications with external parties.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a well-regarded law school
• Advanced degree in Law or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in corporate legal counsel or related experience
