Job Description

As an Instructional Material Director, you will oversee the design and implementation of instructional materials for educational programs. Collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts, you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality educational resources that meet diverse learner needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for creating effective instructional materials.
  • Work closely with design and multimedia teams to produce engaging content.
  • Ensure the materials meet the diverse needs of learners through inclusive practices.
  • Analyze data from assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in material development.
  • Conduct research on current educational trends to enhance material relevance.
  • Manage partnerships with educational institutions for feedback and collaboration.
  • Support team members in using technology tools for material creation.
  • Review and approve final materials before distribution.
  • Engage in continuous improvement practices for instructional design.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years in instructional design or related experience
