Job Description

We need a Healthcare Administrator who is passionate about improving healthcare services. As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the administration of health programs, supervising staff, and ensuring all medical facilities comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of healthcare services and programs.

• Maintain relationships with external partners including regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare policies.
• Analyze healthcare practices to identify potential improvements in service.
• Manage human resource functions within the department.
• Develop and implement strategic health initiatives.
• Maintain healthcare records and documentation as per regulatory standards.
• Promote patient-centered care and ethical practices.
• Facilitate various healthcare projects to boost organization’s productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing healthcare operations

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of health informatics: Experience or certification in health informatics is a plus.
