Job Description

We are seeking a Command and Control Specialist to manage and coordinate operational systems. The successful candidate will ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily command operations, ensuring effective communication flows.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance command and control protocols.
• Lead incident response efforts during operational crises, ensuring rapid decision-making.
• Maintain inventories of command system resources and ensure they are up to date.
• Collaborate with information technology teams to optimize system configurations.
• Develop strategic plans for equipment upgrades in line with evolving operational needs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Military Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in military or defense-related roles is desirable

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices

Languages

• Spanish: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with C4ISR systems: Hands-on knowledge of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance operations.
• Leadership capabilities during high-pressure scenarios: Proven ability to lead teams effectively in emergency situations.
