Job Description

As the Street Light Servicer Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of street lights across the city. You will manage daily operations to ensure that the street lighting system operates efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in streetlight maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the street light maintenance team to ensure high performance.
  • Evaluate and improve maintenance procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Respond to street light outages and issues reported by the public.
  • Document maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure all maintenance equipment is maintained and operated safely.
  • Foster a culture of safety within the maintenance team.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in street light maintenance.
