We are seeking a reliable and efficient Chip Unloader to join our Material Handling team. The Chip Unloader will be responsible for unloading wood chips from trucks, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Unload wood chips from delivery trucks using specialized equipment.
Transport wood chips to designated processing areas.
Operate machinery and equipment for wood chip processing.
Monitor and control material flow to optimize processing efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Shift Supervisor.
Maintain accurate logs and records of processed materials.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum of 1 year in a physically demanding job role
