Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Razor Grinder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of grinding machines, guaranteeing that razor blades meet our high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding machines and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify wear and tear.
• Adjust machine settings to accommodate different blade types.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain production standards.
• Assist in setting production schedules and meeting deadlines.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance machine efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep records of machine operation and production data.
• Assist in process improvements and new equipment trials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in operating automated grinding machines is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
