The Church Warden plays a vital role in maintaining the church's physical space and supporting the congregation in their spiritual journey. This position requires a commitment to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all members while overseeing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to maintain the church property in excellent condition.
• Assist in the preparation of service materials and documents required for church functions.
• Help to recruit and train volunteers for various church activities.

• Facilitate effective communication between church staff and congregants.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in non-profit management are a plus.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in church or non-profit roles preferred.
