Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager (QA Manager) to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. The QA Manager will be responsible for establishing quality standards, implementing quality control processes, and leading a team of QA professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the QA department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to processes.
• Establish and maintain QA metrics, reporting on trends and improvement areas.
• Train and mentor QA team members, fostering continuous development.
• Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to improve product quality.
• Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks.
• Review and approve test documentation and results.
• Participate in product design reviews and provide input on quality requirements.
• Propose and implement process improvements based on QA findings.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA management in a software development environment.
