Job Description

As a Change Attendant, you will oversee the distribution of change in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customer transactions are smooth and efficient. You'll maintain accurate records of cash transactions and provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries from patrons. Your role is crucial for maintaining operational integrity within our cash handling framework.

Responsibilities

  • Handle requests for change with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Document transactions clearly for financial records and audits.
  • Offer superior customer service and engage positively with patrons.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures related to cash handling.
  • Support the Change Operations Manager with daily operational tasks.
  • Assist with cash register operations and payments processing.
  • Participate in regular trainings and workshops to enhance skills.
  • Help identify areas for improvement in cash handling processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for any change-related inquiries from staff.
  • Contribute to maintaining a friendly and approachable atmosphere.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in cashiering or cash handling roles preferred.
