Responsibilities

• Prepare weight and balance reports accurately and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations in all loading procedures.
• Coordinate with Ground Handling and Maintenance teams to ensure proper loading.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues related to weight and balance during operations.
• Assist in developing best practices for loading and weight distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for operations.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and training programs.
• Utilize weight and balance software for tracking and reporting.
• Keep abreast of changes in regulations and standards.
• Work flexible hours as required by flight schedules.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in aviation or related field preferred

Experience

• Preferred experience with weight and balance control.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
