Job Description

As a Turn Down Man, you will be responsible for preparing and cleaning guest rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience during their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare guest rooms for the evening by ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
  • Check and restock room amenities.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a clean work environment in the housekeeping areas.
  • Handle laundry services as required.
  • Assist in training new staff members.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with health codes and hotel policies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
