Job Description
As a Turn Down Man, you will be responsible for preparing and cleaning guest rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience during their stay.
Responsibilities
Prepare guest rooms for the evening by ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
Check and restock room amenities.
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean work environment in the housekeeping areas.
Handle laundry services as required.
Assist in training new staff members.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Ensure compliance with health codes and hotel policies.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
