We are seeking a reliable Counter and Rental Clerk who will be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll manage rental transactions, provide excellent customer service, and assist with the organization of rental equipment.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with selecting appropriate rental items.
Ensure accurate handling of rental transactions and documentation.
Perform regular audits of rental inventory for accuracy.
Facilitate the return process, inspecting items for damage.
Respond to customer questions about rental policies and procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance staff for equipment repairs.
Analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Support team initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Develop a thorough understanding of product features and benefits.
Maintain an organized workspace to reflect professionalism.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree in Business or related field is preferred

2+ years of experience in a similar role
