Job Description

In this role, the successful candidate will operate perforating machinery, crucial for creating precise holes and perforations in diverse materials. The Perforator must maintain high levels of accuracy while adhering to safety guidelines, ensuring that machinery is in optimal condition for production.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational workflow of perforating machinery.
• Perform quality checks on produced perforations.
• Liaise with quality assurance teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct inventory management for materials used in operations.
• Optimize machine performance through testing and adjustments.
• Ensure environmental compliance during operations.
• Assist the engineering team with machinery upgrades.
• Share insights and suggestions for process improvements.
• Support inventory and supply chain management as needed.
• Engage in problem-solving sessions to tackle production issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years in a production or manufacturing role preferred

Technical Skills

• Physical stamina

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with different types of perforating machinery: Hands-on experience with various machinery is a plus.
