Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Potline Monitor to oversee the production processes and ensure the smooth operation of our potline facilities. You'll be responsible for monitoring potline parameters such as temperature and voltage, and performing regular inspections to spot any leaks or blockages. In addition, your experience will help you collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve any equipment issues promptly. Your contributions are key to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee potline operations, ensuring all parameters are within specified limits.
• Conduct inspections for leaks and mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems as they arise.
• Document and analyze production data to identify trends.
• Prepare reports on potline performance and suggest improvements.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss safety and operational issues.
• Facilitate communication between production and maintenance departments.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in potline operations or a similar role.
