Job Description

As a Business Continuity Planner, you will create and implement strategies that enhance organizational resilience and ensure continuity in the face of disruptions. You'll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to identify risks and develop effective responses. This role is pivotal in safeguarding operations and supporting sustainable change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business continuity frameworks ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Provide consulting support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Assess organizational changes and their potential impacts on business continuity plans.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking and reporting progress related to continuity initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements associated with business continuity.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance resilience strategies.
  • Develop metrics for assessing the effectiveness of continuity planning efforts.
  • Serve as a point of contact for continuity-related inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Organizational Psychology preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational development or consulting
