Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential mentors for our programs.
Evaluate candidates based on predefined selection criteria.
Conduct initial screening interviews with prospective mentors.
Facilitate mentor training sessions and ensure thorough understanding of program goals.
Keep detailed records of the recruitment process and candidate evaluations.
Work with community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
Monitor industry trends to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Support the administrative aspects involved in mentor onboarding.
Provide feedback to the team on recruitment effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a non-profit or mentoring organization.
