Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Centrifugal Machine Tender to manage the setup and operation of centrifugal machines, ensuring efficient production of high-quality metal parts within a team-oriented manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read schematics and specifications to guide machine setup.
• Calibrate machines for optimal performance.
• Identify potential problems and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with the training of new team members on machine operation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a technical school or apprenticeship program is highly desirable.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience operating similar machinery.

• Precision measuring tools

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Welding experience: Hands-on experience with MIG or TIG welding processes.
• CNC machine setup experience: Experience setting up CNC machines for production runs.
