Job Description

As a Crane and Tower Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery on our construction sites. Your role involves ensuring safety procedures are followed while effectively moving materials and earth.

Responsibilities

• Utilize cranes and heavy machinery to transport materials within the job site.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Monitor loading and unloading processes for safety and efficiency.
• Engage with team to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Document all machinery movements and usage.
• Proactively assess sites for potential hazards.
• Support other construction activities as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in crane operation

Technical Skills

• Crane Operation
• Maintenance Skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Crane Operator
• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in construction or excavation: Background in construction or excavation projects is preferred.
• Ability to lead small teams: Experience in supervising or leading other operators is a plus.
