• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Property Management Certification (e.g. Certified Property Manager) preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication.
• Property Management Software (e.g. Yardi, Appfolio) Familiarity with property management software for tracking tenants and properties.
• Excellent Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
• Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM)
• English (Fluent)
