Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring efficient production processes while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards at all times.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training related to machinery operation is preferred

Experience

• Preferred experience in CNC machine operation.

Technical Skills

• CNC Operation
• Preventative Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Leadership Experience: Experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing setting.
