Mold Tooling Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mold Tooling Technician to maintain and repair our injection molding tools. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and modifying tooling to enhance production efficiencies, ensuring our output meets the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks and inspections on injection molds.
• Utilize CAD software for modifying tooling designs.
• Document all maintenance procedures and update tooling logs.
• Provide training and support to new technicians as needed.
• Develop and implement best practices for mold maintenance and repair.
• Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Execute troubleshooting techniques to solve complex tooling problems.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in injection molding tooling maintenance and repair

Technical Skills

• Injection Molding
• CNC Programming
• AutoCAD

Certifications

• Certified Mold Maker
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
