Job Description

As a Mechanical Drafter at Tech Innovations Inc., you will employ your expertise in CAD software to create detailed technical drawings. Your work will support engineering and design teams in various projects, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services aboard the vessel.
  • Prepare and cook food items appropriately while ensuring compliance with health regulations.
  • Oversee kitchen staff and assist in their training and development.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including the ordering and stocking of ingredients.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food and supplies to maintain standards.
  • Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage on menu planning and execution.
  • Adapt recipes and techniques to cater to diverse culinary styles and preferences.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to food service professionally.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss menu improvements and guest feedback.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration within the kitchen, promoting a positive work culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary degree from an accredited institution
  • Management degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in culinary management or high-volume food service
