Job Description

We are in search of skilled Brickmasons and Blockmasons to construct and install industrial ovens. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading blueprints and performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on project planning and material acquisition.
• Manage materials to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed work.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in masonry or related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a brickmason or blockmason

Technical Skills

• Construction Tools Proficiency
• Refractory Materials Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with refractory materials: Experience working with materials used in high-temperature applications.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations: Understanding relevant building codes and safety regulations.
