Responsibilities

• Evaluate current manufacturing processes and recommend improvements.
• Utilize statistical tools and data analysis for better decision-making.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing safety and efficiency in work processes.
• Document and maintain process changes and employee training programs.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to ensure optimal operations.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste.
• Participate in new product development to ensure manufacturability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• AutoCAD
• Simulation Software

Languages
