Job Description

Join our dynamic travel team as a Travel Clerk, where you will be responsible for arranging and overseeing travel itineraries for employees. Your role will include negotiating vendor rates and managing travel budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Communicate with employees to understand their travel needs.
  • Provide recommendations for travel destinations and local accommodations.
  • Assist employees in resolving any travel-related complaints.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends.
  • Conduct cost analyses to ensure optimal travel budgets.
  • Implement improvements to streamline booking processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all employees during their travel experience.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality management or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in travel coordination or related field
