Join our dynamic travel team as a Travel Clerk, where you will be responsible for arranging and overseeing travel itineraries for employees. Your role will include negotiating vendor rates and managing travel budgets effectively.
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Communicate with employees to understand their travel needs.
Provide recommendations for travel destinations and local accommodations.
Assist employees in resolving any travel-related complaints.
Stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends.
Conduct cost analyses to ensure optimal travel budgets.
Implement improvements to streamline booking processes.
Provide exceptional customer service to all employees during their travel experience.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality management or related field preferred
Experience
2-3 years of experience in travel coordination or related field
