Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will be vital to our operations, focusing on the loading and unloading of production materials. This role requires agility and attention to detail to ensure that our manufacturing process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient transfer of materials to and from production areas.
• Perform detailed inspections of materials for defects.
• Help implement and maintain safety protocols in the warehouse.
• Work closely with supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
• Report any issues related to equipment or material quality.
• Maintain documentation for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist in training new team members on safety practices and equipment usage.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Safety Protocols
• Understanding of Production Processes

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Forklift Certification: Certification to operate forklifts safely.
