Job Description

As a Groundsperson, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces around our clients' properties. Your responsibilities will include mowing, trimming, planting, and ensuring the aesthetic appeal of the landscape, using various tools and equipment efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Care for and maintain various types of landscapes.
• Provide support in designing seasonally appropriate displays.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish project goals.
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
• Assist in waste management and cleanup activities post-maintenance.
• Help mentor new team members in landscaping best practices.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of horticulture and plant care
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment
• Physical stamina and endurance

Certifications
