Job Description

We are seeking a First-Line Supervisor to lead our production and operations teams, ensuring successful coordination across sales, marketing, and customer service. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager with a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of three employees while ensuring high productivity levels.
  • Monitor daily operations and make necessary adjustments to workflows.
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
