Job Description

Join our team as a Guest Services Supervisor where you’ll be responsible for ensuring that guest concerns are promptly addressed and that our service levels are consistently high. You'll play a crucial role in coaching staff and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the guest services team.
  • Ensure operational procedures are followed by all staff members.
  • Monitor guest experiences and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the management of front desk operations and reservation systems.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with guests.
  • Prepare reports on guest satisfaction and staff performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree is an asset
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel management or guest services
