Job Description

The Flame Annealing Machine Setter is vital to our production process, responsible for setting up and operating flame annealing machines to meet product specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of metalworking processes.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and adjust machine settings to meet production requirements.
• Inspect equipment for proper functioning and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform efficient setup and changes between different production runs.
• Complete necessary documentation for production and maintenance activities.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production process.
• Assist in the development of best practices for machine operation and maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Support other team members as needed to achieve team goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in metalworking or machinery operation preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience operating flame annealing machines
