Helpers--Production Workers

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Helpers--Production Workers to join our team in Atlanta. In this role, you will prepare wood poles for treatment, operate treatment equipment, and monitor quality assurance processes, making a crucial contribution to our production team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of treatment solutions and additives.
• Help in loading and unloading treated poles for storage.
• Participate in regular safety training sessions and meetings.
• Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety.
• Work on cleanup duties to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in wood processing or manufacturing preferred but not required

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of wood properties and treatment processes
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with treatment equipment software: Hands-on experience with programmatic control of treatment equipment.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations: Understanding of workplace safety and environmental protection regulations.
