Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacist in Indianapolis, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing patient care. You will dispense medications, advise patients on drug interactions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to discuss patient medications and health plans.
  • Assess patient responses to drug regimens and adjust therapies accordingly.
  • Conduct medication reviews and provide recommendations to optimize therapy.
  • Implement strategies to promote adherence and improve outcomes for patients.
  • Engage in continuing education to stay current with pharmaceutical advancements.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
  • Oversee compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy environment
