Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Measurement Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to performance metrics, providing insightful recommendations that drive business improvement. Your work will be critical in shaping our analytics strategy, enabling our clients to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to improve measurement strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on analysis.
• Assist in the training of team members on analytic tools and methodologies.
• Utilize software tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Python for data analysis.
• Identify and troubleshoot data collection issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics and measurement

Technical Skills

• Data Visualization Tools (Tableau or Power BI)
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Google Analytics Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the marketing automation field: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and their analytics.
• Knowledge of SQL: Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
