Job Description

As a Game Room Attendant, you will provide an entertaining and safe environment for guests. You will assist players, manage equipment, and maintain a friendly atmosphere in our game room.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce game room regulations to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
  • Assist players with game selections and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Perform regular checks to make sure equipment is in good working order.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the game room.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Address inappropriate behavior and ensure guest safety.
  • Plan and execute gaming tournaments and events to promote engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels for tokens and gaming supplies.
  • Support the onboarding of new staff by providing guidance and training.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with gaming systems
  • Point-of-sale systems
Soft Skills
  • Effective communication
  • Problem-solving

Advantageous

  • Background in hospitality: Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
