Job Description
As a Game Room Attendant, you will provide an entertaining and safe environment for guests. You will assist players, manage equipment, and maintain a friendly atmosphere in our game room.
Responsibilities
Enforce game room regulations to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Assist players with game selections and provide troubleshooting support.
Perform regular checks to make sure equipment is in good working order.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the game room.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues quickly.
Address inappropriate behavior and ensure guest safety.
Plan and execute gaming tournaments and events to promote engagement.
Manage inventory levels for tokens and gaming supplies.
Support the onboarding of new staff by providing guidance and training.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Background in hospitality: Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
