Job Description

We are in search of a Production Planner who will manage and optimize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while managing resources effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage comprehensive production schedules to optimize workflow.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in production efficiency.
  • Ensure resource availability aligns with production requirements by coordinating with multiple departments.
  • Conduct production performance reviews and adjust schedules based on data insights.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance safety and quality control measures in production.
  • Facilitate training sessions on production processes and standards for team members.
  • Utilize statistical analysis to predict future production needs.
  • Prepare and present production reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and shared goals within the production team.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • APICS CPIM certification is a bonus
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
