Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled maintenance technicians.
• Administer maintenance management software for tracking repairs and inventory.
• Develop and oversee maintenance budgets and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades and installations.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities for upper management.
• Ensure effective communication within the maintenance team and other departments.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years managing maintenance operations within manufacturing environments

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages
