Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee diverse construction projects within Denver. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess work completed and upcoming tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree preferred
