We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee diverse construction projects within Denver. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess work completed and upcoming tasks.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, resolving any issues effectively.
• Lead and mentor on-site personnel to promote teamwork and professionalism.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree preferred

• 7+ years in similar role managing construction projects
